His practice has included shareholder, director and employee claims before the Singapore Supreme Court and in international arbitrations, as well as advising on, designing and implementing complex cross-border commercial transactions and solutions for debtors, creditors and insolvency professionals in distressed and near-distressed situations.

Prior to joining Delta Law Corporation, Janice practised at a well-regarded medium sized law firm, where she acted for both private and listed entities across diverse industries.
